California Residents

The California Online Privacy Protection Act of 2003 is the first state law in the United States to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. Children Minimum Age Requirement- COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA) which protects the privacy of children using the Internet. When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under 13, COPPA puts parents and guardians in control. This site is intended for persons thirteen (13) years of age or older. You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to access, visit, read, use, register, and/or subscribe to our site and service. Anyone under the age of thirteen must seek the permission of a parent or guardian before using this site.

Fair Information Practices
